Kahn Air Conditioning was called to check our 30-year-old heater prior to the winter season. Although the technician could have recommended a new heater, he told us that ours was still in good shape. I was impressed with his honesty. After rummaging in the attic, where the heater is located, he put coverings on his shoes so he would not track dirt in the house. This was a nice touch.
