My experience with Keypoint credit Union was rocky. Each person that I came in contact with information differed from the other. The more you would try to get a clear explanation from the representatives only angered them into shouting . Instead Of Shouting at the customer The could take the time to find out the need of the person on the other end of the line. I beleive that this can make the phone calls more brief. Anger management classes can be a very useful tool throughout this company.
