We like using Landmark because we've used other companies before, and Landmark listens to what our specific needs are and they accommodate us. I in particular am very pleased with their financial reporting (I'm a retired CPA). We've called them as late as 10 PM (when we know Skip is probably there) and he's always been helpful. We like "yes" answers, rather than "no", or "we can't", or "we won't", "don't", etc. types of answers. Landmark has proven to us that they appreciate our business, and those are the kind of people that old-school customers like us want to do business with.
