I was recently forced to use this firm for escrow services because I bought an REO from Bank of America. These people were rude and incompetent every step along the way. From not returning calls to losing my closing check. Unfortunately, it wasn't one person; the entire team that I worked with gave attitude on the phone and made negative comments to the lender, the realtor, and the home buyer. They would then get made at us when we called them after they were supposed to call us with status updates. I can't imagine how a company can function like this. I guess they have Bank of America's REO portfolio to thank for their existence.
