I looked thru my customer database and I simply don’t have any record of a “Tara”, nor can I remember any circumstance where I may have provided such terrible service that warranted a negative review. Also, your comment about my shop being “small and crowded” has made me wonder if you reviewed the correct shop. Out of all the auto repair shops on Fletcher mine is the biggest with ample and roomy customer parking.
