Again, I looked thru my customer database and I simply don’t have any record of a “Mike G.”, nor can I remember any circumstance where I may have provided such terrible service that warranted a negative review. I find it hard to believe that a real dissatisfied customer would hesitate using his real name in an honest review.
I also find it hard to believe that anyone would spend more here at this shop (or any independent shop) then in the Dealership for the same work. Our hourly rate is more then $100 less then most Dealerships along Brand Blvd. As for your claim that your “car runs worse than before I brought it in”. Since you have not provided your real name nor given any specifics on your car and what work was supposedly done I can’t even respond to that claim.
However, I do encourage you to file a complaint with the BBB. I am an accredited member of the BBB with an A+ rating. I’m sure with the BBB’s help we can resolve any legitimate complaints.
