This business, currently going by a new name of Contoure, is probably the most unprofessional business I've ever visited. During my experience, the Physician assistant was rude and obnoxious...rushed me through my whole service, was messy and unorganized, sounded extremely unprofessional, and had her phone ring numerous times during my procedure. Then, proceeded to act rude and condescending. The facility itself was also beyond poor as there was equipment all over the facility like a warehouse and no one seemed to know where anything was. Not to mention, people would barge into the treatment room during a procedure. Then, you could hear the rest of the staff gossiping at the front desk, loud enough for me to hear inside a treatment room. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and class was beyond anything I've ever experienced and I will never return there again.
