If you like a yearly 99.00 Fee this is the company for YOU!
They did a great job setting up the LLC, but billed me for a rep service.
I did all the state paper work to take off as the registered rep and let them know through the entire process that was the intent.
After billing me again for 99.00 I reversed the charge with my Credit Card Company
...and then they sent me to collection for 179.00
