Negative: This company claims to have a money back guarantee if they do not pull any records and if you can prove that another site will pull records yet they do not honor such guarantee when such documentation is given. They then threaten to sue you for money owed should you file any complaints or try to get your money back through your credit card company or through paypal saying as an excuse that you obviously used different search criteria and therefore you do not qualify for the guarantee. I would not recommend them to anyone just because of the hassle involved.
Positive: They respond to emails.
