I'm in the process of submitting an application to the state of texas for an insurance license and we have disclose all arrest on the app. I used the service just to be sure I didn't forget anything. The report came back clean when im fact I have a couple DWIs. I called their number and all extensions went directly to voicemail. I've left word on both voicemail and their wevbsite. 24 hours later no return call, so I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge. They didn't provide service for which they were paid.
