I am a Single mom, have a business of my own, and attend school, I attended one of the NGC seminars, and they really play with peoples emotions they offer their best in counseling and services so you can get government grants and all it is A BIG SCAM! Please Do NOT Fall for it.... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, What we need is money, not be giving money out.
