Owtel: They might be legal but their Sales Practices are sooo ??????!

I was using the Owtel1866.. number for my calls to the Phil. Agent called me and said that they have new service and would not need to dial 1866.. I would like to have a better way to make my calls to the Phil. so I was suckered in. Little did I know that agent was selling the phones and not the service and in order to make the sale, would lie straight to your face. As part of their new service as I was told, they offer a free phone all I have to pay is $29. As part of their scheme, they did not send me transaction receipt or invoice within a period of one month. Well, after a month they started charging my card for $60+. So I called customer service. I was told that I agreed to pay that amount for several months which of course I did not remember the agent mentioned at all. For goodness sake, I thought it was just a misunderstanding, so I said I'll just return the phone. Surprise! Surprise! you are only allowed to return the item within a month. If you don't call it a scam, what is?
