Beware of the "free" trial. I saw an advertisement on MSN.com and signed up for the "free" product, just pay shipping and handling charge of $5.95. The product was OK, but didn't produce what was promised (fuller hair for those of us who have thinning hair). I would not have kept it had I been aware that it was a 30 day trial, and you would be automatically signed up for their product, at $89.95 every other month if you didn't send it back. Very deceptive, not easily seen in the ad that was on MSN (I definitely did not see it in the ad, or the receipt that was sent to me as was told to me by the customer service person I talked to when the charge appeared on my Visa). She would not reverse the charge, but did let me go from my "membership". Very expensive mistake, 3 bottles of hair product for $95.00..... just want others to be aware if they choose to try this product.
