I purchased an iPod Touch from Mac Mall on Oct 10 2008 which had 4 rebates, 2 from Mac Mall, and 2 from outside vendors, one of which was PCUSA. I have had difficulty in obtaining 3 of the 4 rebates but eventually did receive 2 of these 3. The one I have not received after numerous phone calls and emails is from PCUSA. They claim I sent a photo copy of the invoice instead of the original and I know this is not true, but how can I pove it. They have the original. I printed out the PCUSA rebate requirements form and highlighted the requirement to send in the ORIGINAL INVOICE. The companiy's final response was that their rebate department had been making rebates for many years and they had total faith in their judgement. I feel I was ripped off and will not purchase anything from PCUSA or Mac Mall again.
