Pasadena Recovery Center is a Hazard and a Scam

Pasadena Recovery Center, in the heart of the ghetto of Pasadena, California, where many drive-by shootings take place regularly, is a scam center and there is no such thing as recovery.
The comment of hazard and scam are in no part due to its location-----these descriptions are accurately based on the regular abuse by unqualified staff and total lack of recovery.
Many patients have actually left Pasadena Recovery Center and died of massive overdoses. Many other patients and their families have been scammed out of vast amounts of cash, by the owners.
There's been a false claim that this place has been "bashed" by people, "addicts," and that this is what addicts do. FALSE. No addict spends his/her time to write a review, period, unless this place has really had a bad impact on them. And know this: this place has had nothing but the most terrible impact on every single person who has walked through the doors of Pasadena Recovery Center.
Nobody has come to this health-code dump without having suffered relapse, food poisoning, some sort of physical and emotional abuse, sexual harassment, false arrest, wrongful imprisonment , and/or other trauma.
Mike Bloom, the overgrown, bufoon-son of the late Doctor Bloom is a major incompetent. Many times, he has personally accosted me, when I have walked in after a day-pass he has physically torn my purse from my shoulder to inspect it himself---not for safety reasons, but for reasons of passively saying that he has some sort of control issue(that's not ow you treat any resident who's paying over 9000.00 thousand dollars a month to stay at your filthy, below-par facility.
And when I was sexually harassed, REPEATEDLY, by low-life drug-addict men there? I repeatedly reported the incidents to Shirley Bennett and Mike Bloom. Their response? They responded that if I chose to make an issue of this(a.k.a. not let them sweep it under the carpet), then they would make sure that I'd be sorry. I did make a major issue of it! Of course! But when I called the police, to come respond, what did those 2 do? They lied to the cops that I had mental issues and that they'd "take care of it."
The cops then ignored me and left. I continued to be sexually degraded and dehumanized---and there was worse to come.
Do not ever believe the other so-called "positive" comments about this House of Hell. Those comments are left by the staff, LAMONICA GARRETT, THE HIRED MUSCLE, and other lackeys, as ordered by Shirley Bennett and Mike Bloom.
There are so many legitimate and helpful recovery places in California. Do not make the grave mistake of going to Pasadena Recovery Center.
