I signed up with Pathway for over 7 months. When I had questions, I called. They said they would call me back with the answer, but they never did. They were only interested in collecting their fees plus
hidden fees that were added. They never attempted to pay any of my debts. When
I faxed and sent them written termination of the contract(by U.S. mail), they ignored both.
When I finally got them on phone, they told me they never read their mail or
faxes. They failed to return my money, as a part of the contract, in a timely
manner. As a result, they were in violation of their own contract.
