I had to cancel my perfect skin auto ship and they promised I would get my refund within 10 business days. That was on April 12 needless to say they claim that refund failed and they had to start the process all over on the 26th. Every person I talk to tells me something different and I still do not have my money back. For thus reason I will NEVER order from them again.
