I ordered a product from this company on-line 2 weeks ago. PayPal sent me a confirmation that payment was received. Pinnacle Supplies has sent me NO confirmation of this order, has not answered my emails, and the phone number is disconnected. The address of their "Corporate Office" appears to be a small residence. I am considering initiating a charge-back on my credit card, because I do not think that this is a legitimate company.
