Signed up for a membership 13 months ago. Apparently you have to go fill out paperwork and ship a certified letter in order to cancel your membership. It takes 30 days for them to process your request. Therefore you are obligated to contiue paying for your membership until the certified letter is received and processed. Meanwhile, they get you for one more months membership. Can you say "FRAUD"? Oh by the way, they don't have a corporate headquarters phone number and the Manager on site has no information in order to contact anyone.
