i just want to say that if try to contact this company numberous of time about a charge the debit from my checking account 99.49 that was debited on 06/24/2011 everytime i call the number the tell me i that they our only operators and they our only able to take a message and someone will get back to me with 24hr to 48hr then when they call me back they told me that they would refund me back within 15days for june 29th i still have yet to recievethe refund then on top of that i don't know what i order form this company i think it is a scam and this company need to be stop i very upset because they our giving me the run round every time i call never can get a status of my refund that i request back on june 29th so as of today i call my bank to disputed the item and had to close my account i do beleve that this company is a ripp off and they are doing this to thousand of other people that complaint on their so call web site
