Disney can ruin anything

Ever since Disney got control of this game by purchasing Playdom, this game has gone straight downhill. There is no customer service, they sell you an item for one price with a certain amount of "rep" points, then downgrade it retrospectively, sell it for a lower price and lower rep points without refunding anyone the difference. They say it's a free game but then harass the players with constant "buy gold" ads which will not go away until the timer times out or until you purchase the gold.
Disney has always been disrespectful of its employees and customers and this is just another example of the "evil mouse empire".
