I have owned my condo for 10 and had a terrible loan. Bryan Campbell, one of the partners, had set me up with a great loan and when the market turned even better, he worked hard to get me an even lower interest rate. He doesn't just plug in numbers. He keeps track of the market and alerts his clients when things have improved. He does not do re-fis without being positive that at the end of the day, I will be better off doing the work. I recommend them to everyone.
