I cant believe that this company is in business, this company has no word, no punctuality and is CARELESS!..Not to say they have great customer service representatives that try to do the BEST they can but its the company that can careless about the customer. After my complain to BBB RMIS is making me seem as if I am making up what I am telling them, I was promised one thing and they don't come thru. Am glad after all I CANCELLED my policy with them, Not a trustworthy company! FOR THE RECORD: No stars would be perfect!
