Hello, I write this review of behalf of my parents who lost more than $3000!!! to Royal Caribbean cruise line only because Royal Caribbean cruises are ignorant and non-sensitive for delicate situation and hilliness of people. My parents booked 9 days trip to from New York to the Caribbean back in June 2013 they came especially from deferment country to the u.s (pay flights and hotels) For that cruise. A few days before the cruise my mom got a call that her brother is very hill/sick and maybe not survive for long, due the situation they decide immediately to fly back home. We called immediately to Royal Caribbean to let them know (maybe there is waiting list) or cancel and no one want/try to listen. At the same time I offered to Caribbean cruise line that my girlfriend and I will take their place on the ship (its already paid!!!!!) and they refused! We tried to mail them but all we get automatic mail back or really nice words that not cover the sorrow and the loss we had. I want to mention that they didn’t offer any type of insurance from the agent, other wise they were doing it (they did insurances for the flights and hotels, very responsible people). We completely understand the refund policy and not expect to get the money back cause it was probably a short notice, but we defiantly accept to get competition after spending so much money and time to make it. In this point I’m NOT RECOMMEND Caribbean cruse line to anyone I know and even to people I don't know like you. Watch out.
