Unprofessional and completely disrespectful
Summary: -No maintenance -no respect in terms of customer service -high rent increase -poor communication SPECIFIC PROBLEMS: I have lived in one of their apartments for a year now and have had constant issues with maintenance. Sometimes I have to supply multiple inquiries into maintenance because they "lost" the requests. Recently I have gone through a problem of having water leak from my ceiling into my bedroom, on my bed, tv, etc causing damage and inconvenience for THE THIRD TIME! Let me repeat, three times water has leaked through the ceiling and caused damage in my room because Two of the times I have requested the leak be repaired quickly as an emergency, but Jeff Pierce, the building manager surpassed my request for emergency repairs and used his own poor judgement to say my problem was not an emergency and didn't need repair right away. I waited days for them to come fix it and every time they just patched it with plaster, not fixing the actual leak, or using a registered plumber. When I signed a lease for another year (which is a huge mistake) they raised the price without notification and then sent us multiple copies of a lease and kept pestering us to sign it, even though we signed it already. Their employees have no communication and no real employee titles that dictate their job descriptions. I will never recommend Stuho ever again to anyone and will never use them again when my lease is up.
