Ship Smart has been amazingly accommodating to questions and requests for service changes. Their staff were uniformly courteous, cooperative and tolerant of my angry upset questions and calls. Mr Clark listened carefully, answered thoughtfully and followed through quickly, a true professional.
Their staff--particularly Mike Clark--have been patient, compassionate and responsive on a level not usually encountered in the shipping business.
Kudos and much gratitude for a job performed in the most professional way possible.
