After waiting for hours for them to arrive about 3 hours late and rescheduled multiple times, the glass was installed and had to be sealed two different times after it was installed due to rain leaks. The workers do not speak any English and they do not carry ID which is strange. Now there is a defect with the glass and they will not warranty it as they should. Waited all day for a manager or owner to call back and got nothing but excuses from person answering the phone. Just bad business communication even after I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem before Going to pursue this in court. Do not waste your time.
Latest update, i requested the BBB complaint be removed since i was able to resolve the issue after days and hours of my time wasted with this issue. The company agreed to replace the glass for $89 cash. I can say after this experience i will not be referring anyone to this company and taking my business elsewhere.
