Swiss Legend Tungsten Watch fiasco

I bought a Swiss Legend tungsten watch (beautiful) and also useless. First day, I go to the swimming pool (making sure the crown is all the way in as I know that is a “universal” issue) stayed at the pool for less than 1 hour and now I have my watch with water inside, no moisture, water. I sent it to repair to SWI, followed all instructions, and still to date, no emails, phone calls any update from them; I call to customer service, and for warranty repair they now have an answer machine. I added a review at World of Watches, poor evaluation and it does not show up, send them an email asking why my review is not appearing and all I get is a “thank you for shopping with us”? Never buy a watch through them.
