This is the worse company I've ever worked with. Do NOT trust them to write your contract they will find loopholes to manipulate it to their way. Ron Collins promised me he could get me ANY hardwood, marble and tile floor I want at $1/sq ft b/c they buy them in bulk and can do any style I want. Result: NONE of what I wanted was given to me. HE kept saying "I'll get it tomorrow, over& over then he doesn't show his face when I"m around. He couldn't get the marble tile I want & insisted on using hardwood on my kitchen saying it's the best, I HATE IT. HE uses another persons license w/c bbb alerted me to. HE promised he will use license plumber and electrician but he only used them after my hardwookflr was flooded cause he didn't know how to instal the sink. The plumber fixed it. He took out my NEW ac/heater control and it stopped working we were without heater for days in the winter. He LIED saying my electricity is messed up in the wall, He didn't get an electrician to fix it until my mom, sister and I got sick from the cold. The electrician fixed it in 5 min. Mr. Collins told my sister not to tlak to the electrician. But the elctrician told me there's nothing wrong with my electricity he doesn't know why Ron said it's messed up. Ron Collins installed new switches and messed it up. The porch lights doesn't work and the LR lights turns on when the porch lights switch is used. The elctrician fixed it in 2 minutes saying all Mr Collins had to do was switch the wires. Project took over 6 months instead of 3 months, Mr. Collins stopped coming and would send 1 of his workers 2-3x/wk. He insisted on more money and stopped coming. I paid for a lot of things he did not do. He took out my AC from the wall and left it like that cause he doesn't know how to fix it. Made a hole in my ceiling for a vent in kitchen but didn't install it cuz he he's never seen anything like it before & cant assemble it saying it needs to be cut.(I showed it to him after I bought it and asked if it's right his response was "thats right I've installed hundereds of those).He took out my doorbell, phone jack and vent cover in kitchen & left them like that. HE did not finish up the painting in my house, bathroom paint peeld out in places and white spots in my kitchen, living room.He fixed the leqak in my plumbing and roof, when he stopped coming they started leaking again. He poured paint on my roof u can see it from the road & never cleaned it up.He did not replaced 1 side door but took the money. Did not install all floor borders in my kitchen but took the money. screws in my kitchen cabinets are falling aprt and the mechanism that slowly closes them are not working in some. He provided a replacemnt w/c are too big for the holes.I paid for dimmer lights but the did not install it. HE placed very small lights in kitchen ceiling it's dark and left 1 of them without a bulb. He took the screens out of my windows and placed them back without anything to hold them in place so now they keep falling. I dont know where he placed the pieces that holds them in place.Mr. Collins and ihs workers are not careful w your house. They dented my new hardwood floors, they have no respect for it.HE messed up my electricity my frig turned off and I lost all the food I just bought the other day. HE left it like that for 2 days. I had no electricity in my bedroom and bathroom for months because he touched something and didn't know how to fix it. HE claimed I need a rod so it wont happen & my wires are messed up. I hired my own electrician who fixed it in 15 min saying I dont need a rod and wires are fine. I hired a different contractor who installed my ac and fixed the hole MR Collins left & the mess of a vent in the kitchen ceiling he left, the hole he made in the ceiling was crooked so my new contractor said "who's the idiot who did this" he had to redo the hole. He fixed and assembled everything under 30 min. He finished them in 1 day that includes patching and installing the AC to the wall that Mr. Collins took out and left because he didn't know what to do with it. There are so many things, if yo9u have quesitons feel free to email me. I dont want anyone to ever go through this. HE was supposed to finished by the time my family arrives instead it was a nightmare. My whole family got sick and had to put up w his unprofessionalism, and his lies. I do not trust him at all. He talks so smooth and nice both Mr collins and his female partner are very nice when you meet them so I trusted them. But NEVER again.
