Great Cabinets For the Money!

We got solid wood cabinets from the RTA Store that consisted of wood and plywood (no particle board). We had to store them in our garage for a few weeks on pallets during a heat wave with very high humidity but the cabinets were not affected in the least - they were very much dimensionally stable. I assembled them myself - they were pretty easy to assemble once I got through the first one or two. The cabinets we bought had pre-installed clips that locked in place with an additional locking screw you installed to secure the clips firmly. For the most part all you needed was a good quality hand screwdriver and perhaps a driver for a few of the screws. I added construction adhesive to make them even stronger - when finished they were as strong as cabinets costing two times as much. The best aspect of this company was their customer support - I really did not expect to get that kind of service from an online merchant. Several items damaged in shipping were replaced immediately even before the claim was resolved with the shipping company.
