I was prompted to this website while looking for housing assistance, and registered to receive my credit score. After being charged $1, I went to log in to receive my credit score, but it did not work. I called 1(800) 327-2853, the call was monitored and there was a lot of static. After waiting for 2 minutes or so, a woman by the name of "Tajia" answered. I told her I was unable to log in to retrieve my credit report. She said the reason why I was unable to do this was because she had to verify who I was. I confirmed my information, but she did not ask for a social. After confirmation, she hung up. I attempted to call several times, but was on hold for 5 minuets, then 7 minutes. She picked up again, and after telling her I'd like to speak to a manager, and even said that their call was being monitored, I hung up the phone. I then got a call back from a number that was from Big Rock, IL (630) 884-3053.
These people are thieves, and I'd advise Taja to get another hobby, or just let law enforcement take you in. Bastards.
