If not for this company I believe I would have lost my home to foreclosure. After my rate adjusted I could no longer afford the monthly payments. I did everything I could, I even got a second job, but as a single mom I could only do so much. I called my lender, who told me my house was upside down and I didn't qualify for refinance, they were so unhelpful, it was hard to even get a hold of a live person, much less one that could offer a suggestion of what to do. A friend of mine told me to go to one of those loan modification companies that you always see advertised, but what their ads don't tell you is that they want $4000 upfront! Dont they know if I had that kind of money lying around I would have paid my mortgage with it?!
When I called Tilreport I wasnt really sure if they could help me. But I'm so glad I called. The Tilreport customer service person was super nice and helpful, he told me if I didnt qualify for a refinance (which I knew I wouldn't) that my Tilreport would direct me to a company that would do my loan mod for free! I'll admit that I was skeptical, that sounded way too good to be true, but at this point I was desperate. I filled out an application on Tilreports website and got the report the very next day! OMG when I saw the report I so wished I would've had that information before I ever bought my house. I learned so much from it, it broke down all the confusing loan terms into easy to understand explanations. I realize now that I was totally clueless when I got into this ARM, I knew that rate would adjust but no one ever told me that it would raise my payments hundreds of dollars!! So the good news is I have just completed my loan mod with one of the companies that my Tilreport directed me to, it is such a relief to know I now have a fixed monthly payment that I can afford! I highly recommend this company, they can really help you! Thank you Tilreport!
