My first glance of this company online, was that it appeared to be professional. The unit is beautiful and wasn't that hard to put together. Now, if only it could've been a working unit. After calling for technical support. I must say any positive feelings slowy disappeared. Technical Support is not helpful and does not return calls for attempts to recieve help. Additionally, I was told to purchase tools to troubleshoot the brand new sauna I purchased on 2/12/10. Unfortunately, all of this was something I had no knowledge of prior to purchase. They say Lifetime Warranty but don't tell you it's the customer's responsibility to purchase any tools you need that you don't have to diagnose problems. They lead you to believe that they "will" replace these parts that are malfunctioning. What they "don't" tell you. Is that before they can replace them. The customer has to figure out which part it is first. In my case to figure it out required me to drive 30mins to spend more money to buy a tool. Not only is this unacceptable but it's ridiculous. Who has ever heard of buying something "Brand New". Then turn around and buy tools to troubleshoot/diagnos it because it's not working, out the box. Also, they don't bother to respond like they claim on their website. Then when you do finally speak with technical support. You are made to feel like you are bothering them and they could really care less. This entire experience has been a night mare to say the least. In a matter of almost one week. I have gone from excitement to dispair. The thought of having to ship a 500pd unit is even worst. I was hoping that "Under The Sun" was going to be different from all of the other sauna companies and stand out from the rest. There goes that dream!!
