I am very surprised at the rating this dealership has with BBB, given my personal experiences. Last year,I brought my Ford Explorer in for brakes & drums, plus to investigate a vibration noice. The work was done, but I was lied to about all four tires being "cupped". Plus, upon getting on freeway from dealer, front end vibration that didn't exist before danced the truck all over freeway, could barely drive, maybe to "prove" they were right. Had towed back; tires had been rotated & NOT balanced. Could have caused accident. Second independant inspection discovered ONE bad tire, and coincidently, Ford had a big tire sale going on at the time....you make the conclusion. Never taking my new Ford there...ever.
