I just read that this dealership has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and I can see why. I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to work with them to reverse a charge on my account. I was given a 'free' loaner car with my servicing (all supposed to be covered with my 4 year no service cost guarantee) and I later received a charge for from their partner, Enterprise Rent a Car for that free loaner car. After I called to get this straightened out, I consistently was lied to and mislead - the accounting department has processed the credit, Enterprise has the money from us (Vista had not paid their bill which was why I was charged) and you should be getting your credit immediately. They even lied to BMW North America that the situation had been taken care of. Joe Marabento and Jill Bell, you should be ashamed of yourselves. My recommendation, do not buy your BMW or get your BMW serviced from this dealership. They should be put out of business.
