Perfect service.

Sending a watch off to a new company was a leap of faith but this transaction turned out better than I expected. A secure box was sent to our home where my watch was placed inside and sealed. A Fedex package was included to send off to WatchRepair. I was informed on the acceptance of the watch and then updated on the progress. Once completed, I was contacted and informed that it was being sent back. The watch returned and was in several boxes for the protection of the watch.
It looks better than new. They fixed the problem and made the watch shine. This was a perfect transaction and service. I am totally pleased.
