Sent my 20 year old Breitling Super Ocean to Marc and Jeff at WatchRepair.net after checking local references they provided to me (actually was able to talk to someone who had used them).
My watch came back looking and running like new. Whole process took about 3 weeks, and although pricy (don't go cheap on an expensive watch) the estimate and final cost much less than a Breitling Service Center.
Would highly recommend them for repair/rehab of your fine watch.
