We have had both positive and some negative reviews of the product your had ordered and received - as it is a new style we have just introduced to our site we are working on collecting feedback to improve this particular product.
We apologize for the experience you had. We try to process returns as quickly as possible- most returns are processed within the stated 30-day timeframe, as in your case. Due to the nature of online shopping and the additional time it may take for shipping and processing this can seem lengthy, and we are currently working on restructuring our return process to be more expedient.
