We apologize for the experience you had. We try to process returns as quickly as possible- most returns are processed within the stated 30-day timeframe, as in your case. Due to the nature of online shopping and the additional time it may take for shipping and processing this can seem lengthy, and we are currently working on restructuring our return process to be more expedient. Again, we apologize and hope that you will give us a chance to make it up to you on your next purchase as we noticed that you did not return most of the products from your order.;). Thank YOU!
