Poor customer service, they pend any charges then take money out of your account for the very same Pending charges, so in essence you have paid double the amount you charged for up to 5 to 6 days. Wescom has a amazing ability to release the pending funds hours after hitting you with NFS fees, if the Pending and Charges gets you close to the total amount in your account. Spoke to directors and managers about this issue. They state they are following company policy and have the legal right to do this. I would say it is safer to us any major bank over Wescom.
