I certainly agree with everything I read and double that!! I, too, got on auto ship and have tried to cancel. I was put on hold for what seemed like forever and finally had to hang up. I wrote on the package "Return to Sender did not order" and dropped it in the mail. I never heard back nor received the credit. I then went on-line to contact us and wrote an email, again, no reply. I finally called my credit card company to dispute 4 months worth of charges and what do you know, they were able to get somebody on the phone. I basically got in a shouting match with the person from Youthology because they refused to refund or take back any of the product stating that once the product ships there is no refund. Really...that should be against the law, people have a right to a refund if they return the product. I cancelled the credit card and they've threatened me with collections because they can't collect the last payment. Totally a rip-off.
