I had an opportunity to try the Youthology eye serum and skin care and was not happy with the results. However, after speaking with one of the customer service representatives (a woman) I found that I was incorrectly applying the eye serum on under my eyes. I cannot tell you that now, I am a on my second bottle of eye serum and second skin care system and I really see the improvement in my skin. People at work are all asking me what I have done because they are noticing the difference. Give the people at Youthology Customer Service a call and be specific as to what is happening when you use the product..or not happening, and they will help you. They told me that all their calls are recorded, so they must be on their very best behavior. Youthology really worked!!! Their written instructions are poor.
