This company uses deceptive and improper business tactics. They don't honor their warranty. I called on the 30th day to cancel any followup to the introductory offer since I'm older and hadn't remembered if it was an autoship. I called on the 30th day to cancel and they said it went out that day and they wouldn't allow a return. They billed me the $49.98 which I paid even though I didn't want the product. They said they would ship out another order in a month for which I'd also have to pay. The product isn't that great and since I didn't want it, had to close my checking account so they wouldn't bill me and send out another order. Now they're threatening collection agency action.
They're dispicable. The only reason it has 1 star is because the computer wouldn't erase it.
