I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the Zumba website after watching a promo on Television. I selected a product, completed my name, address, credit card information but DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER. I did not click the complete order button. The amount was more than I remembered on television so I opened another window to check the different products and to see what was in an package. I did not enter any personal information and did not place an order. I closed out my open "windows" on my computer and shut it off before leaving town with the full intention on looking at the products again when I returned.
To my surprise, two orders (that I had not placed) were shipped to my home. After being out of town for a couple of weeks I returned hom and found I had two emails with order confirmations (of orders I did not place) with no way to reply to the company via email.
I contacted Zumba and was told if I didn't want the orders to send them back. I told them that I had not ordered them I wasn't going to spend one cent of my money or time to return something that was sent to me that I had not purchased or ordered. I suggested that they issue a UPS call tag and they said that they would not.
They are sweeping their website and obtaining your information and sending orders unsolicited. This company needs to be investigated for their illegal business practices. I still have the two orders waiting to be picked up. Although this company may have a good product, they are very unethical and BUYER BEWARE!
I have worked with my credit card company to reverse the charges.
