Complete scam, after you travel and request your deposit back they say they have no record of you having taken the trip so therefore you cannot get your deposit back. The first clue that this was going to go badly was on the refund request authorization form, it had a place for your signature but not for a printed name nor any place for confirmation numbers.
Please spread the word about this ripoff.
