Does anyone actually WORK there???

This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had trying to book a vacation. Their paperwork said they required a minimum 30 days to get the date you want and location. After days of trying to get through, I was down to 32 days. When I finally got
someone to answer (it was ALWAYS busy), she informed me they could not accomodate the date requested. The locations I picked were also not available. She quickly gave me the email address for a refund. Needless to say I have lost the original purchase price
and after requesting the refund almost 3 months ago, I have yet to receive it. They were quick to deposit my check but I will lose even MORE money because of a processing fee. Ummm... they didn't process ANYTHING but MY check. Very disappointing. I really
hope no one else falls victim to this place. What a waste of time, energy, patience and money. They made a total profit off of me and did nothing to deserve it. I seriously hope they read the reviews customers leave.
