i financed a car in November 2008 from reposses auto and in November 2010 I received a letter telling me I was going to be financed with Challenge Financial Services. The wrorst mistake ever. They have the worst customer service skills ever. They lie about everything. I was promised to get a payment due date change and nothing it has been 3 months later. To avoid them from making the change they said that I owed money on my account. The rep Angel needs to be fired. No customer service skills what so ever. I do not owe money on my account and I still get the harrassing phone calls. I wish I could change to another finance company. Someone help!!!
